Tracy Best:
Born 24/06/84, Tracy graduated from Victoria University with a degree in Law.
Tracy represented Wellington at age group level Netball and Basketball from Intermediate through to U19's and U23's. She gave up Netball (due to lack of height) and concentrated on Basketball, playing for the Womens team for 3 years.
Tracy has now turned her focus and determination to cycling and is now in her third season as a road cyclist.
2009 was another excellent year for Tracy with significant progress made in all round skill, mental toughness and confidence. The end of the year fine win in the iconic Rice Mountain Classic was a just reward for the significant progress made in 2009. A strong display in the 2010 Elite RR Championships further illustrated her progress. Tracy will race in Europe during the Northern summer.
