Powering up the hill
The Team spent the weekend training over the Palmerston North stages of the Women' Tour of Wellington due to start on the 24th February
Galeforce winds on the Saturday made cycling very challenging over the Track, accompanied by the heavy rain showers ensured an interesting and arduous training session
Sunday was slightly better although the Ashurst circuit will prove to be another tough day, especially if the wind remains a factor
The short but testing time trial course, although only 11km it inludes fair degree of climbing which will test the tired rider
